- Proven Finance leader with deep public company experience and ideally with IPO exposure.
- Experience in scaling revenues and operations in both public and agile, high-growth private companies.
- Experience leading FP&A functions at scale with a bias for automation and efficiency.
- Capital markets experience, including building investor relationships and optimizing the capital structure.
- Ability to navigate complex multi-entity global operations.
- Experience balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.

- Market-based pay structure with a base pay range of $320k–$380k depending on location and experience.
