Summary
Lensa is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Executive Vice President to lead their global financial operations. The role is based in a metropolitan area on the East Coast of the United States.
About the Role
As the CFO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing financial strategy, ensuring fiscal integrity, and driving sustainable growth across global engineering and construction services. You will manage high-performance teams in finance, accounting, and procurement, develop financial strategies aligned with corporate goals, oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and advise the CEO and Board on financial planning and risk management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 20+ years of related experience with 8 years in a direct executive capacity (CFO or similar).
Preferred:
- Experience in an AEC environment (engineering and construction) or professional services industries.
- Experience in a privately-held or employee-owned organization in AEC or professional services.
- Experience in federal and municipal contracting compliance, including knowledge of FAR.
- Current CPA certification.
