About the Role
As a Charitable Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on charitable planning, drafting and negotiating charitable giving agreements, and representing clients in legal proceedings. You will also collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive strategies and stay updated on legal developments in the field.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar, New York Bar, or Connecticut Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience with a focus on charitable planning.
- Proven track record of advising clients on charitable planning matters.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of legal and tax issues related to charitable giving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred:
- Experience in marketing and business development for legal services.
- Familiarity with the latest developments in charitable planning law.
