About the Role
As a Charge Nurse, you will provide patient care under the direction of nursing leadership, monitor and document patient conditions, support admissions and discharges, follow medication procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Active LPN license in Indiana.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Long-term care experience.
