About the Role
As a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide physical therapy treatments, assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and their families, and support clinic operations. Flexibility is required as the role may involve travel between multiple clinic locations.
About You
Required:
Current and valid Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of IL.
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Preferred:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy setting.
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Reliable transportation for travel between clinic sites.
