About the Role
As a Certified Personal Coach, you will participate in GOLFTEC's comprehensive training program, GOLFTEC University, and work with students of varying skill levels to create customized lesson plans. Your responsibilities will include providing various GOLFTEC services, maintaining the training center environment, and upholding the company's core values.
About You
Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a professional, team-based environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting.
- Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics.
- Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA.
- Graduation from a PGM program.
