Your responsibilities will include understanding rental equipment, handling inquiries, recording customer interactions in CRM, developing customer relationships, upselling and cross-selling solutions, and achieving team objectives related to response time and revenue growth.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
