About the Role
As a Central Services Technician, you will be responsible for following Infection Control practices to ensure the cleanliness and safety of medical supplies and equipment. Your duties will include dispensing products based on requisitions, prioritizing emergency requests, and occasionally managing Central Service/Linen/Equipment Control. You will also participate in ongoing education to maintain your skills and knowledge in the field.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Central Service Technician or equivalent credential.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a healthcare facility as a central service technician for at least one year.
- Completion of a Certified Central Service Technician Course.
