As a Central Office Technician - Migration, you will be responsible for executing migration tasks in Central Office settings, ensuring the smooth transition from DMS to G5 systems. Your work will involve understanding and applying knowledge of telecommunications systems, while also requiring travel to various sites in Southern California.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of DMS and G5/G6 systems.
- Practical understanding of DSI/DS3/OC3 and experience in migrating wireline core office types.
- Valid US Drivers License and clean MVR.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at height.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of TIRKS.
- Experience with server/storage/network hardware.
- Strong interest in learning new data center concepts.
