Summary
BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Center Supervisor to join their team in Milwaukee, WI, with a $5k sign-on bonus. The role involves overseeing the general management of employees in the production areas of a plasma donation center.
About the Role
As a Center Supervisor, you will report to the Center Manager and be responsible for employee performance, scheduling, inventory control, and operational efforts. You will also work directly with donors to address concerns, analyze non-conforming events, and perform tasks related to medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing. Fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts will be key aspects of your role.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
