About the Role
As a CBHI In-Home Therapy Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering culturally competent care across home, school, and community settings. Your daily tasks will include conducting comprehensive assessments, providing family therapy and crisis intervention, and collaborating with families and community supports to develop effective treatment plans. You will also maintain documentation and ensure a direct service productivity of 70% of available time.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, or social work.
- 3 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Crisis intervention skills and organizational skills.
- License-eligible and MA-CANS certified.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
