Summary
Bill Wilson Center is seeking a Case Manager for the College Engaged Youth Rapid Rehousing Program in San Jose, CA. The role involves providing case management and supportive services to help students secure stable housing.
About the Role
As a Case Manager, you will conduct intake and assessments, provide case management and housing services, collaborate with college staff, coordinate with landlords, assist students in developing action plans, maintain client records, and transport clients as needed. You will also work with community resources to ensure quality care for young adults and participate in agency meetings and initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
- Two years of experience with housing programs and working with unhoused clients.
Preferred:
- One or more years’ managerial experience.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
