About the Role
As a CAS Manager, you will oversee accounting functions such as reconciliations, bill payments, and accounts receivable for multiple entities. You will prepare financial records for tax preparation, conduct detailed reviews of engagements, and provide financial consulting services. Your responsibilities will also include fostering client relationships, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and firm procedures.
About You
Required:
- 5–10 years of experience in general accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Thorough understanding of complex accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting frameworks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for mentoring teams and managing client relationships.
Preferred:
- CPA license or eligible.
- Proficiency in learning and using accounting software and related tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, including leadership in collaborative solution proposals and implementations.
