About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will support residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and eating. You will provide emotional support, ensure adherence to service plans, assist in training new caregivers, coordinate care schedules, document resident concerns, and maintain safety and compliance with health regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve residents' lives.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information.
- Detail-oriented in following care plans and maintaining documentation.
- Team player willing to collaborate with others.
