About the Role
As a Career Advisor, you will develop and facilitate job search and career transition workshops, explain Career Center services, assess customer suitability for services, assist with employment plans, and provide support through transitions. You will also maintain the Resource Room, troubleshoot technology issues, and research labor market trends.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of customer service or relevant experience.
Effective communication and public speaking skills.
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human services, public administration, business management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience working in a career center or providing services to businesses.
