Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager to oversee daily operations and support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs in Scranton, PA.
About the Role
As a Care Team Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated team, ensure quality care, and help individuals live as independently as possible. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, creating a safe environment, problem-solving with clients and families, overseeing daily operations, managing crises, coordinating services, and providing transportation when needed.
About You
Required:
- Degree in human services preferred, OR experience supporting individuals with disabilities/behavioral challenges.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation with a clean driving record.
- Pass state background checks and required state screenings.
