About the Role
As a Care Coordinator Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for monitoring assigned residents, using verbal de-escalation skills, facilitating group activities, documenting client progress, communicating with treatment teams, transporting residents, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will also need to stay updated with required trainings and provide support to your assigned house.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving the company's vehicles.
- Must become CPI and CPR certified within first 30 days.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings a plus.
