About the Role
As a Card Operations Associate 1, you will be responsible for supporting both members and internal staff with Debit and Credit card operations. Your daily tasks will include processing entries, maintaining accounts, addressing service issues, and reconciling outstanding items. You will also handle fraud cases, perform debit card maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Basic deposit/banking knowledge.
Preferred:
- Some Accounting knowledge.
- Experience working with reconciliations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
