About the Role
As a Cannabis Tissue Culture Lab Assistant, you will be responsible for trimming and transferring plants, performing plant care tasks, sanitizing the lab, applying nutrients and pesticides, tracking inventory, and assisting with research and development projects. You will ensure all practices align with company SOPs and contribute to the overall success of the lab.
About You
Required:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in a processing or production environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to sit/stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and differentiate colors (no color blindness).
