About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or contact center environment.
- Cannabis experience required.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Preferred:
- Experience working with medical cannabis or healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of call center technology such as Zendesk, Calendy, and Zoom.
- Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations.
