About You
Required:
- 2+ years previous experience in carpentry.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, dimensions, views, and tolerances.
- Proficient in using equipment and hand tools such as bench saw, miter saw, band saw, planer, jointer, and electrical tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in furniture assembly and production environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
