Intercom is seeking a Business Recruiter (Contract) to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves driving full cycle recruitment for positions across the Business (non-tech) teams and partnering with leadership to support strategic hiring.
About the Role
As a Business Recruiter, you will partner with Intercom's leaders and Hiring Managers to understand their needs, influence and advise on recruiting strategies, create diverse talent pipelines, and provide an excellent candidate experience. You will leverage data to diagnose challenges in recruitment and proactively create solutions.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment.
- Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams (GTM and G&A functions).
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent.
- Proven track record of partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.
- Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines.
