About You
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Five years minimum experience designing and presenting technology and/or professional development training in a legal or other professional service organization.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Presenter, Camtasia, or other eLearning development tools.
- Experience in skills gap analysis and identifying core competencies for positions.
- Certification in behavioral assessments and one-on-one coaching.
