Summary
USAA is seeking a Business Process Owner Senior - Risk and Compliance to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities for complex business processes to enhance performance and compliance.
About the Role
As a Business Process Owner Senior, you will develop and implement strategic business process program plans, manage process performance, identify and mitigate operational risks, and ensure alignment between stakeholders. You will also lead continuous process improvement efforts and provide mentorship to team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- 6 years of business process execution, consulting, or process engineering experience.
- Experience in quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Process Mapping and Modeling.
- Knowledge of process management standards and applicable regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience in issue management and risk remediation.
- Control execution background including control testing.
- Portfolio/Program management experience aligned to strategic goals.
- Ability to deliver executive-level briefings and performance reports.
- US military experience through service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
