About the Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst and Administrator, you will manage data retrieval and analysis, organize data points, and communicate between upper management and the IT department. Your responsibilities include developing business intelligence solutions using SAP Analytics, SAP Data Sphere, and Tableau, guiding users on business tools, managing analytical report creation, and collaborating with team members to improve business processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, information science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business intelligence and at least 2 years in an analytics role.
- 2 years of experience in developing dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Sphere, and Tableau.
- Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Sphere, and Tableau.
Preferred:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both as a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
