About the Role
As a Business Immigration Case Manager - Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting government forms, writing detailed persuasive letters, maintaining files, reviewing documents, identifying issues, and communicating with clients. You will perform case intake, draft legal documents, and ensure timely communication regarding case progress. The position requires flexibility and initiative in handling assignments and maintaining knowledge of immigration processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least two years of experience in Nonimmigrant Visa Application/Petition preparation such as H-1B, TN, L, and E-3 visas.
Preferred:
- Experience in Immigrant Visa Application/Petition preparation such as PERM, I-140, and AOS.
- Family-based immigration experience such as I-130 AOS, I-90 and N-400 applications.
- Experience with LawLogix (EDGE) or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
