As a Business Development Representative, you will proactively reach out to potential customers, identify and qualify leads, build and maintain client relationships, collaborate with the sales team, and keep accurate records of all communications in the CRM system. You will also work with marketing to develop campaigns and stay updated on industry trends.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the auto industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
