About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will work directly with your manager and the Account Executive team to prospect new enterprise clients, qualify opportunities, handle objections, and generate leads. You will receive comprehensive training to become a DailyPay specialist and deliver a customer-focused sales experience.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven ability to initiate and develop strong relationships.
- Highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, and driven to achieve goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or a related field.
- Experience working with or selling to HR, payroll, or finance departments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
