Summary
PEAK Event Services is seeking a Business Development Manager for the New England Region (Outside Sales) to drive revenue and grow new business relationships for their Core & Tent Divisions.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for soliciting new business development, nurturing client relationships, and generating revenue. Your daily tasks will include researching new business opportunities, meeting with potential clients, maintaining a high volume of communication, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed agreements, while also tracking activities in the CRM system and conducting annual account reviews.
About You
Required:
2-5+ years of hospitality experience with an event rental company, caterer, food service provider, event planner, festival producer, venue, or hotel.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals of $3M+.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
Sales experience and hospitality degree.
An existing network in the event, hospitality, or catering industries.
Knowledge of event production timelines and rental logistics.
Benefits
Salary range $70k-$80k plus attractive commission plan.
