About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will work with senior executives and key stakeholders to manage the sales process, structure complex deals, and onboard clients. You will act as a subject matter expert in outsourced trading, create organic growth through outreach, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, you will provide commercial updates to senior management and attend industry events to enhance your expertise.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a sales or strategy role at a buy-side or sell-side institution.
- In-depth knowledge of US and global capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory landscape.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- FINRA Series 7 required.
Preferred:
- Experience in working with Product and Trading teams to implement commercial solutions for multi-asset trading.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and identify new process and technology solutions.
