About the Role
As a Business Analyst I, you will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and product development teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment for successful product enhancements. Your responsibilities will include drafting business requirements, analyzing datasets for insights, participating in quality assurance activities, and assisting in the development of documentation and training materials. You will also identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with team members to improve claims and care management applications.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in claims administration, healthcare, insurance billing, or property & casualty sectors.
- Knowledge of Medicare billing guidelines and payment methodologies.
Preferred:
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with CorVel's claims system or CareMC platform.
