As a Broker Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key post-bind activities, supporting renewals, acting as the main point of contact for brokers and underwriters, overseeing inspection logistics, and proactively identifying and resolving service or compliance issues. This role requires a detail-oriented and service-driven approach within the P&C wholesale space.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years in a service-focused role at a P&C wholesale brokerage.
- Strong grasp of insurance workflows (submissions, binders, inspections, etc.).
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with agency management systems.
- Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
