About the Role
As a Branch Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about the Republic Way sales and customer service approach, compliance training, loan closing, and leadership training. You will assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, and closings, and participate in branch operations continuous improvement projects. The internship aims to provide hands-on experience and familiarize you with various career paths within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
- Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history and credit history.
Preferred:
- Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.
