You will utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets, coach team members, and ensure a differentiated client experience. Additionally, you will manage operational and business risks while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
About You
Required:
3+ years of related experience in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of customer experience and consultative selling.
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish.
Experience in managing a team and driving business development.
