Summary
PTSolutions is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their Grand Rapids, MI branch. The role involves overseeing branch operations and guiding a team to provide excellent customer service.
About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for branch performance, including customer service, warehousing, maintenance, and customer relations. You will assist customers with orders, quotes, changes, and returns, coordinate with Sales Representatives to maintain stocking levels, and resolve escalated customer issues. Additionally, you will supervise branch team members, plan and organize tasks, and communicate company objectives to staff.
About You
Required:
- Ability to quickly build relationships with employees and customers.
- Inside Sales and/or Warehouse Supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with a customer-focused company.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Proficient use of a Windows computer, Microsoft Office & Teams.
Preferred:
- Experience using ERP software.
- Knowledge of cutting tools & machine shop supplies.
- Supervisory experience in a B2B sales environment.
