- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively across branch locations.
- Experience maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Preferred:
- College degree or military equivalent.
- 2+ years of management or Retail Banking experience.
- Strong desire to influence and educate team members and customers on technology.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
