- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years' experience in the health care industry and one year experience in home health.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health and hospice agencies.
- Six months medical records experience in a clinic, hospital, or home health setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication skills.
