About the Role
As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing 1:1 home or school-based intensive behavioral therapy, designing individualized lessons and behavior plans, utilizing evidence-based teaching strategies, facilitating social skills training, monitoring progress, and communicating with families and team members. You will also attend team meetings and maintain client confidentiality while collaborating with other professionals.
About You
Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license required.
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ABA, designing programs, and overseeing individuals.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to keep organized with meticulous attention to detail.

- Patient, sensitive, and empathetic.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Eager to learn and open to regular coaching and feedback.
