The Perfect Child is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves providing in-home and in-school ABA services, conducting assessments, and supervising ABA programs.
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing client assessments, planning and managing staff efforts to address behavioral issues, supervising ABA programs, training parents and caregivers, and managing client progress data. You will also oversee paraprofessionals and perform related duties as required.
About You
Required:
Current BCBA and LBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
Master's Degree in ABA or related field, such as Special Education or Child Psychology.
Ability to administer and interpret various clinical assessments.
Excellent clinical competence and judgment in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in 1:1 ABA services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in building supportive relationships with parents and caregivers.
Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures accordingly.
Strong leadership and management capabilities.
Willingness to accept supervision and improve upon identified weaknesses.
