About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for overseeing patient cases to achieve extraordinary outcomes. Your daily tasks will include conducting initial intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising BT/RBTs, and collaborating with families to provide consistent guidance. You will work closely with a Clinical Manager and other BCBAs to improve patient outcomes in a supportive team environment.
About You
Required:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst.
- Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong desire for continuous professional growth and learning.
Preferred:
- Experience with ABA Data Collection Software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
