Acorn Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Program Supervisor in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on providing high-quality ABA treatment and overseeing client care.
About the Role
As a BCBA Program Supervisor, you will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery, conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective intervention programs. You will also promote awareness of ASD and ABA through training and presentations.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism.
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
