About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will assess client needs, manage behavior technicians, and oversee interventions aimed at skill acquisition and reducing problem behaviors. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive skills assessments, developing individualized teaching programs, supervising Behavior Technicians, and coordinating with insurance companies for service authorizations.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
- A valid driving license.
