New Story is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Fredericksburg, VA. The role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct behavioral services to students with special needs.
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will conduct individual assessments to identify learning and behavioral needs, create Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and assist in the development of IEP goals. You will provide direct and indirect behavioral services, oversee ABA programs, and monitor student progress while collaborating with educators and support staff.
About You
Required:
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related fields of study.
Preferred:
Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally as a BCBA.
