Summary
Autism Specialty Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Miami, FL. The role involves conducting assessments, creating behavior programs, and providing training to staff and caregivers.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will conduct intake assessments, create skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, analyze client data, model treatment implementation, evaluate staff performance, and conduct caregiver training. You will also provide leadership through hands-on training and ensure ethical conduct in practice.
About You
Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis or human service-related field.
- Current BCBA Certification.
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments.
- Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments.
- Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
