The Billing Specialist II is responsible for processing invoice discrepancies and corrections promptly, analyzing business workflows to prevent inefficiencies, participating in problem-solving and risk identification, collaborating with internal teams to resolve business issues, preparing ad hoc reports for clients and management, and performing other duties as assigned by management.
