About the Role
As a Billing and Admin Support Specialist, you will report to the Director of Collections and collaborate with the Compliance team. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming documents, performing administrative tasks, processing electronic notices, generating data files, preparing legal forms, and providing light office management support.
About You
Required:
2+ years of experience in an administrative, billing, collections, or fintech support position.
High school diploma or higher.
Active New York Notary Public.
Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Additional education in business, finance, admin or accounting.
Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and eClosing platforms (such as Notarize and DocuSign).
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to investigate and resolve issues.
