- Bilingual in Spanish / English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with CDBG housing and/or FEMA hazard mitigation programs.
- Associate degree.
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of customer service best practices.
