About the Role
As a Bilingual French Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including voice calls, emails, chat, and SMS. Your daily tasks will include coordinating towing services, answering customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and documenting interactions in proprietary software. You will also escalate complex issues to senior team members and contribute to team projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma.
- Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to pass written and oral assessments in both languages.
- Minimum of one year of previous customer service call-handling experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues with patience and empathy.
Preferred:
- Experience in roadside dispatching or emergency call response.
- Broad knowledge of the automotive business.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
