About the Role
As a Bilingual Case Management Supervisor, you will lead and mentor staff, supervise case managers, distribute case assignments, coach staff for professional growth, and ensure positive outcomes for individual cases. You will also conduct performance evaluations, oversee hiring and training, maintain team morale, enforce agency policies, collaborate with treatment teams, and participate in community forums.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent field of study from an accredited college and at least three (3) years of experience in child welfare or refugee resettlement.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish, required.
- At least one (1) year of experience managing others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Services or equivalent field of study.
- Demonstrated ability with providing excellent clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to apply principles of logic and critical thinking with problem solving.
