About the Role
As a Bilingual Inbound Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to Yelp's small business advertisers. Your tasks will include providing timely customer support, consulting with clients through inbound calls and emails, showcasing the value of Yelp's advertising solutions, and achieving monthly performance goals. You will work with both English and Mandarin speaking customers in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business.
- Understanding of the importance of local businesses in local economies.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle tough conversations professionally.
- Willingness to receive and implement feedback.
